Here is the mailbox that inspired this blog. It was in Columbus, Ohio, on Dublin Road north of Trabue Road - no longer accepting mail, as a new cousin stands across the road. Send in your pictures of rusty mailboxes to join it!

RM #656

I pass by this RM about once a week. It's on Dublin Road just south of Dublin, Ohio, in front of a house that has a sign noting it was built circa 1840. Today was a good chance to stop and take a picture. I got out of the car and was ready to snap when I discovered the camera had a dead battery! My wife's iPhone was available and I used it - not too bad for a phone camera.

Michelle Elaine sends us this one from Balzac, Alberta, Canada.
Whenever I think of Balzac I think of a song from "The Music Man."

Thanks, Michelle!
