Charles Michaels uses the title "Economic Stimulus" for this photo taken at the downtown Savannah, Georgia, Post Office. In this day of cutbacks one can only assume that these boxes were taken from the street and are awaiting disposal. Have you noticed that such mailboxes are disappearing? I have.
