Here is the mailbox that inspired this blog. It was in Columbus, Ohio, on Dublin Road north of Trabue Road - no longer accepting mail, as a new cousin stands across the road. Send in your pictures of rusty mailboxes to join it!

RM #247

Here's another one from Terry Porter, she says, "An old rusty mailbox near Barry, Texas. More corduroy looking rust! The signs in the background are for Texas Farm to Market 744 and 1126. (Those kinds of signs always remind me of the ending of Castaway.) A pickup truck makes it seem even more Texan!"

Thanks, Terry!
